About this Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients in the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow relationships with existing client base of secondary schools in the Midlands region.
* Nurture and manage these clients to form long-lasting relationships.
* Be the point of contact for clients and teachers regarding any queries they may have.
* Identify upselling opportunities and support schools in their digital journey.
What You Need to Succeed:
* Customer services, sales or account management experience is essential.
* Most importantly, you need to be a people person who enjoys dealing with people and building long-lasting relationships and relationship management.
* Be able to multitask and prioritize workloads.
* Experience using Microsoft office is essential.
* Experience in Apple, Microsoft and Google platforms is a strong advantage.
* Full clean driving license and own car is essential for this role.
