eir business talent are seeking applications for a M Copilot AI Agent Creator, this is a day rate contract position located in Dublin.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Strong expertise in prompt engineering and AI agent behaviour design.
2. Experience building AI‑driven workflows or automation solutions.
3. Deep understanding of Microsoft data structures and content retrieval patterns.
4. Ability to translate business processes to Copilot Studio agent logic and decision flows.
5. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
6. Experience testing, tuning, and validating AI outputs.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
8. Experience delivering training, workshops, or user coaching.
9. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in evolving AI environments
Key Responsibilities
10. Agent Design & Architecture Define the agent's purpose, scope, behaviours, and boundaries.
Create system prompts, instruction sets, and behavioural frameworks.
Design multi‑step reasoning flows, decision logic, and escalation patterns.
Map agent capabilities to business processes and user needs.
Ensure alignment with responsible AI principles and organisational governance.
11. Knowledge Integration & Data Alignment Identify and integrate relevant organisational data sources (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, structured repositories).
Optimise content structures and metadata to improve retrieval accuracy.
Collaborate with data owners to ensure access, permissions, and data quality.
Document knowledge retrieval patterns and context‑building strategies.
12. Build, Test & Optimise Assemble complete agent configurations, including prompts, context blocks, templates, and parameters.
Conduct structured testing using real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
Tune agent behaviour for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues such as hallucinations, misinterpretations, or retrieval failures.
Maintain version control, release notes, and iterative improvement logs.
13. Deployment, Enablement & Lifecycle Management Prepare deployment plans and collaborate with platform teams for rollout.
Create user guides, prompt libraries, and scenario examples for end users
Deliver demos and onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption.
Monitor agent performance through dashboards and usage insights.
Implement continuous improvement cycles, including updates and decommissioning when required.
