Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Friday 07:00am to 12:00pm
* 25 hours per week (part-time)
Responsibilities & duties:
* Key Holding - Opening/Closing the Building
* Operating industrial cleaning equipment when required.
* Generating Access Fobs and Key Fobs
* Morning/Evening Site Patrolling
* Room set up
* Making sure the establishment is clean and meets all safety requirements.
Core Skills & Competencies
* Previous Experience in facilities in a busy building is desirable.
* Caretaker Experience Desirable
* Computer Skills
* Experience in cleaning and general maintenance preferential.
* Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the values and standards of our clients.
* Demonstrate professionalism by consistently showing respect to clients and colleagues.
* Ability to prioritise and work with own-initiative.
* Possesses a flexible mindset and actively contributes to team dynamics.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
