As a Night Porter at An Chúirt Hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. Your duties will include a mix of customer service, security, and light housekeeping tasks, ensuring our guests feel safe and well-cared-for throughout the night.
The candidate must have excellent english.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and assisting late-night arrivals and check-ins
* Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Conducting regular security checks of the hotel premises
* Assisting with setting up conference rooms and other facilities for morning events
* Performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel remains presentable
* Preparing and setting up for the breakfast service as needed
* Liaising with the reception, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
* Managing the handover to the morning shift, providing clear and accurate information about overnight occurrences
