Double L Media is a fast-growing creative agency based in Waterford City, working across digital marketing, video production, design, social media, and web. We partner with a wide range of clients, from local businesses to national brands, and we're also the proud media team behind Waterford FC.

The Role
We're looking for a Digital Media Creator to join our team full-time. This role suits someone who's hands-on, creative, organised, and enjoys working across a mix of design, social media content, and digital projects.
If you like working in a busy, collaborative environment and want to grow your skills across multiple areas of digital media, this will suit you well.

While the role is office-based, we're people-first:
* Occasional flexibility around hours when needed

What You'll Do
* Create high-quality graphics for social media, campaigns, and client projects
* Produce engaging social media content (static, stories, carousels, etc.)
* Work alongside our creative team on brand campaigns and content plans
* Support light website design or updates (Wix, Shopify, WordPress)
* Assist with PR-style written content when needed (not essential)
* Work with sports-related content (especially League of Ireland) (if desired)
* Attend meetings and matchdays where required (must drive)
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 year experience in a digital media, design, or content-focused role
* Strong ability in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Comfortable using Canva for quick-turnaround content
* Good understanding of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn)
* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Full driving licence (essential)
* A portfolio showcasing recent design or content work
