My client, a large civil engineering company with head offices in Dublin 24, are looking for a Construction Administrator to join their team. This is a new, full-time role, with the need arising due to increased project demands. Job Title: Construction Administrator Location: Dublin Industry: Civil Engineering Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Salary: Up to €40k depending on experience, plus bens. This role is a key support position within the company and will assist both our office and site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Role Overview: The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across the business, ensuring all documentation, systems, and communications are maintained to a high professional standard. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Providing administrative assistance to office staff, site managers, and project teams. Coordinating and maintaining documentation, records, and filing systems in line with company standards. Supporting the implementation and upkeep of internal systems and administrative controls. Liaising with site teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of required project information. Assisting with general office duties and ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Desired Skills / Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in a construction or engineering administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
