Senior Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to fill the position of Senior Leader at our Residential Care Home.
* The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a similar setting, with a proven track record of success in staff management and leadership.
* A strong ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, is essential for this role.
* Excellent supervisory skills are required, as well as the ability to provide guidance and support to team members.
* Experience of working with young persons and providing care in a community setting is also desirable.
* Prior experience in report writing and data analysis is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a staff team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Provide direct support to Separated Children Seeking International Protection.
