Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Mullingar. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and providing financial advice to clients. The role also includes overseeing the accounting team and collaborating with other departments to enhance financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
* Strong accounting and financial reporting skills
* Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accounting standards
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage and mentor an accounting team
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or ACCA certification is a plus)
