- Attend handover, site, and project meetings; develop QEHS documents.- Set up and maintain Site Office and Stores with proper signage.- Manage sub-contractors, staff, and coordinate installations safely and to quality standards.- Issue bi-weekly HILTI and Project Reports; assist with programme planning and timesheets.- Order materials, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers and Procurement.- Oversee commissioning, testing, and project closeout/decant from site Requirements:
- Proven experience managing HVAC/mechanical projects on site, including installations and commissioning.- Strong knowledge of mechanical services, builders work, and technical drawings.- Ability to manage sub-contractors, staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress against milestones.- Competence in ordering materials, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers and procurement.- Familiarity with site documentation, reporting, and closeout procedures, including handovers and QA/QC
- Relevant trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering.
