Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal teams to execute events seamlessly and within budget.
* Work closely with clients to develop event strategies aligned with their goals.
* Provide creative input and stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
* Prepare and manage event budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors to maintain quality within budget constraints.
* Monitor project financials and provide regular updates to clients.
* Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, analysing performance metrics and gathering feedback for future improvements.
* Prepare comprehensive post-event reports outlining achievements and recommendations.
Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event management or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful events from concept to completion.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs effectively.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
