Why you'll enjoy this new opportunity At Deloitte Ireland, our Human Capital Consulting team is dedicated to enhancing organisational value through people. Within our Organisation Transformation (OT) practice, you will be at the forefront of enabling strategic change across diverse industries by designing and delivering innovative transformation solutions. This role offers the chance to work on complex change management programmes that integrate technology, culture, and organisational design. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Proven experience delivering change management services for large-scale transformations, including technology implementations, cultural change, or operating model redesign. Expertise in stakeholder assessment and engagement, communication strategy development and execution, change impact and readiness assessments, and training strategy design and delivery. Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams. Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months Successfully support and lead organisational transformation projects by applying Deloitte's change management methodologies to deliver client value. Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement tailored change strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and workforce transition initiatives. Provide insightful analysis to identify client needs and recommend innovative solutions grounded in best practices and data. Contribute to the growth of the practice through internal networking and supporting business development activities such as proposals and presentations. What type of work will I be doing? Most of your time (80 - 90%) will be spent on change management delivery for clients, leading and supporting activities such as stakeholder assessment & engagement, change impact assessment, communications planning & execution, training strategy development and change readiness preparation. The rest of your time will be focused on internal collaboration, knowledge sharing, and supporting business development initiatives. Who is the Hiring Manager?
