Job Summary:
A Retail Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing online sales orders and assisting on the cash desk during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer experience by being friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about products.
* Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, including invoicing and click & collect preparation.
* Assist with daily tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
* Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
* Teamwork: Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer-facing environment an advantage.
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in areas such as customer service or sales a plus.
