This role will play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale, multi-year capital development by leading risk management activities across the full programme lifecycle.
This is a high-impact position within a complex programme environment, offering exposure to large-scale capital delivery, governance, and strategic decision-making.

Develop, maintain, and continuously update the programme risk register, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Facilitate risk workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including cost and schedule risk modelling.
Monitor risk mitigation actions and ensure timely follow-up with responsible stakeholders.
Support contingency planning and risk cost profiling across the programme.
Prepare and present risk reports and insights to senior leadership and governance groups.
Review and enhance risk management frameworks, policies, and processes.
Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement across the programme lifecycle.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support effective programme delivery and decision-making.
Requirements A relevant third-level qualification (Level 8 or higher) in a related discipline.
Proven experience in a risk management role, ideally within large-scale capital projects or complex programme environments.
Strong understanding of integrated risk management, including cost, schedule, and programme risk.
Experience in both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, including probabilistic modelling.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders across complex project environments.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Experience in construction or capital project delivery environments is highly desirable.
