CavanFull‑time | Fixed term contractJoin our New Product Development team and play a key role in bringing new food products to market.We're looking for a detail‑driven and proactive NPD Specification Co‑ordinator to manage product, raw material and packaging specifications for our business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great customer outcomes.What You'll DoCreate and maintain product specifications (internal & customer).Build specs on retailer portals including TQC, Zoom, and Wave.Work closely with NPD, suppliers, and retail customers.Manage new material specs, technical questionnaires & approvals.Ensure products meet customer, safety, legal & quality standards.Verify nutrition info and support customer/external audits.Stay up to date with retailer COPs, food legislation & technical data.What We're Looking For4+ years' experience in a technical food product development role.Experience working with Irish retailer specification systems.Relevant qualification in Food Science, Food Innovation, Food Quality, Food Safety, or related discipline desirable.Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail & ability to work under pressure.Organised, analytical, and confident in challenging the status quo.What You'll GainA key role in exciting NPD projects.Collaboration with major retail partners.A supportive team environment and opportunities to learn & grow.Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.Ready to apply?We'd love to hear from you — submit your CV today.
