Client Success Manager
A leading provider of specialist accountancy and compliance services for independent contractors is expanding its team and now hiring Client Success Managers to support continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, coordinating across multiple teams, and having genuine ownership of the customer experience.
As a Client Success Manager, you will act as the dedicated, trusted point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless support across their financial and administrative activities. You'll oversee all communication, deadlines, and internal coordination – making sure clients always receive proactive, timely, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end client relationship, acting as the primary contact for all queries.
Build long-term, trusted relationships through consistent communication and proactive support.
Monitor key deadlines (payroll, VAT returns, filings) and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
Review client activity and identify opportunities to optimise their financial position.
Coordinate with internal teams (Accounts, Payroll, Tax, Compliance, Operations) to ensure smooth workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
About You
3+ years' experience in a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with ease.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Confidence coordinating across teams and following up to ensure tasks are completed.
A proactive, solution-focused approach and natural attention to detail.
Experience in accounting, financial services, or professional services is an advantage (not essential).
