Business Partner Role
This position is designed to support business unit leadership and management in achieving organizational objectives by aligning people management, business goals, and company strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will build and sustain effective relationships between the HR department and designated business units.
* They will contribute to strategic, operational, and human resource decision-making within the business unit.
* Adaptation to new processes will be essential for this role.
* Providing guidance and training to people managers on performance management tools and techniques is crucial.
* Ensuring people manager compliance with continuous performance management actions is also a key responsibility.
* Generating insights and analysis from business units and providing trends and metrics to HR management is another key function.
* Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances in a fair and timely manner is an essential aspect of this role.
Essential Criteria:
* A 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalent is required.
* At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role, with previous experience working in a senior HR generalist position.
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent experience and a willingness to upgrade within the CIPD framework are highly desirable.
