Duties to include
* Manage a wide range of queries from potential customers by both phone and email
* Understand customer requirements and work closely with a team of mortgage advisors to bring clients from enquiry to completion in their mortgage journey
* Review mortgage application documentation to ensure all required financial and compliance documents are in place to progress to application
* Update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system daily with new leads and changing status of inflight applications
* Managing a pipeline of customers in conjunction within your mortgage advisory sub team
