Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (Hybrid: Remote & In-Person)

We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care using a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
1. Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
2. Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
3. Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
4. Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
5. Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions tailored to your client’s needs.
6. Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, licensed clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever assistance is needed.
7. Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.
Who you are
1. You are properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling (e.g., Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist) in Ballina. We cannot accept applications requiring clinical supervision.
2. You have at least 3 years of independent, post-training experience.
3. You have access to a computer or laptop, are comfortable with technology, and are tele-health competent.
4. You are available to offer some monthly in-person availability for Spring Health members in Ballina.
5. You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
6. You are comfortable providing safety planning and interventions during situations where a client might present with higher risks.
7. You are committed to delivering quality clinical care and seek to expand your capabilities through ongoing client progress and challenge awareness.
8. You enjoy working independently but also value support and collaboration with other providers and our clinical care navigators.
Note: If applying for a hybrid role, your own office space will be required.
