Strategy and Operations Leadership Role

About the Job
* Lead the execution of organizational objectives and initiatives, ensuring clear value drivers, metrics, and decisions are measurable and impactful with continuous improvement.
* Provide oversight and support around content and ways of working to key areas or other critical capabilities.
* Plan and oversee project activities, including creation, approval, and ongoing change control of project plans.
* Manage risks and priorities on projects/initiatives.
* Ensure thought leadership through industry trend awareness, standardization, and direction for business requirements and set of definitions related to systems and processes to drive operational excellence and cutting-edge delivery on initiatives/projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement organizational processes, working practices, and guidance to ensure consistency in delivery and synergy with other relevant functions.
* Manage document creation and maintenance where applicable.
* Be involved in cross-functional/cross-divisional initiatives and innovations which affect the organization to ensure alignment with future strategic goals.
