Overview
Financial Analyst role at Ayvens Insurance. Location: Leopardstown, Dublin 18. Working from home 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Input Income and Expenses Entries, Manage Invoices, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and keep records up to date.
* Responsible for updating the General Ledger with journals, investment transactions, invoices, receipts, etc.
* Prepare financial information for regulatory reporting.
* Analyse insurance related costs and other areas.
* Support the processing of payments from General Ledger through LPINSs online banking system.
* Support preparation of daily cash management and timely reporting to relevant parties.
* Complete monthly control reconciliations.
* Work with other departments to resolve queries around premiums, commissions, insurance related costs and claims.
* Support annual Group, Statutory or other audits as needed.
* Support the preparation of presentations and analysis.
* Participation in and support of finance department projects.
* Working From Home 2 days per week.
