Warehouse Operator Job Description This role involves operating a Reach Truck to efficiently handle stock movements within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work accurately in fast-paced environments. 1. Loading and unloading pallets and stock safely and efficiently: Ensuring accuracy in receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods as required by customers or production schedules 2. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site: Maintaining safety procedures while ensuring compliance with all company regulations for store layout equipment maintenance quality control etc. The following qualifications are desirable: 3. Prior experience working on reach trucks or similar material handling equipment would be an advantage. 4. Certification in manual handling techniques (e.g. FLT operation) is highly recommended but not essential if proven competence can be demonstrated through previous experience or training records provided by employer.
