Morgan McKinley is seeking an individual with strong organizational and communication skills to work as part of their legal team in Limerick.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to Solicitors, ensuring effective time management by maintaining diaries and appointments.
* Respond to enquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and in person; organize travel arrangements as required.
* Act as primary point of contact for office functions and activities on behalf of Solicitors/Partners, answering queries and relaying information internally and externally.
* Create, amend and format legal documents and templates as necessary.
* Utilize Dictaphone systems to prepare and type correspondence and legal submissions.
* Support Solicitors/Partners in their various responsibilities, demonstrating knowledge of legal procedures where applicable.
* Prepare briefs and booklets of documents for Court proceedings.
* Arrange meetings and ensure relevant documentation is prepared and easily accessible.
* Work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality within a professional environment.
Key Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, particularly in a legal setting.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external parties.
* Familiarity with legal procedures and terminology.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
