The Opportunity
Join a leading building services contractor operating across Ireland, the UK & Europe
Take full ownership of large‑scale mechanical projects end-to-end
Work across key sectors including pharma, data centres, food, healthcare & commercial
High‑impact role suited to a commercially aware, hands‑on Project Manager
Strong pipeline of complex, high‑value projects with long‑term stability
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical project delivery from start‑up through to completion, on time & budget
Manage technical submittals, RFIs, labour tracking & progress reporting
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and main contractor stakeholders
Oversee plant, materials, and programme delivery to maintain project continuity
Drive commissioning, scheduling, and full handover including documentation control
Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a senior site role
Strong track record delivering large‑scale mechanical or M&E projects
Relevant qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred)
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams on‑site
Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
