About a Strategic Finance Leadership Role
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced senior finance professional with a strong track record of influencing Senior Leaders. They will have at least 5 years in a senior role and experience in the distribution sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partnering with the CEO to implement a best-in-class finance function, creating value and driving improvements where needed.
* Owning forecasting and cash flow management, engaging with external stakeholders, and managing M&A or similar activities.
* Leading the existing accounting, reporting, and analysis teams to drive improvements where necessary.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
1. A minimum of 15 years' experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior role.
