TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in Kerryto recruit a Temporary Grade IV Assistant Staff Officer.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hour working week Location: Tralee Contract: 5 month contract Pay rates: €***** to €***** per hour depending on verified relevant public sector experience.
Key Responsibilities Check, verify, and process supplier invoices in line with organisational financial procedures.
Prepare and issue payments within required timeframes.
Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.
Liaise with suppliers and internal staff to resolve invoice or payment queries.
Assist in month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Provide general administrative and accounts support as required.
Essential Requirements / Skills Proven administrative experience in a similar role.
Experience in accounts or invoice processing is required.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when updating financial records.
Highly organised with strong time-management skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy work environment.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with general IT systems.
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
