Project Engineer (Aseptic Manufacturing) Cork - 12 month contract Opportunity
We are supporting a major capital investment programme within a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site and are seeking a Project Engineer to join a high-profile aseptic expansion project. This role will support the delivery of a complex brownfield project within a live GMP environment, coordinating activities across design, construction, commissioning, qualification and startup phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and startup.
Support multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Validation and Automation.
Manage project schedules, risks, actions and technical deliverables.
Support installation and execution activities within a live manufacturing environment.
Work closely with C&Q teams to ensure smooth qualification and handover of systems.
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience supporting capital projects within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
Previous aseptic, sterile manufacturing, fill-finish or lyophilisation experience is essential.
Strong understanding of GMP project execution and working within regulated environments.
Experience coordinating contractors, stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams
