Hours of work will usually be from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, however, flexibility is required regarding hours of work.
The successful candidate will provide the customer with the highest levels of customer care and personal attention, where possible anticipating the customers needs and initiating actions to exceed expectations where possible.
Key duties and responsibilities to include: Meeting, greeting and assisting customers, Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.
Operating a busy switchboard.
Monitoring and recording showroom traffic and incoming calls.
Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
Preparing and updating various reports for the Brand Manager.
Providing administrative support to the Sales Department and Accountant.
Completing daily reception and sales logs.
Ownership of vehicles including buy ins, transfer of ownership and stock reporting Registering & invoicing new and used vehicles.
Submitting claim forms for vehicle support (Distributor claims / SEAI claims).
Guaranteeing the Reception area, Customer Coffee Area and Lounge area are kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
Guaranteeing all catering supplies for the Coffee Lounge are in stock, fresh, well presented and accessible to customers.
Requisitioning stationary supplies.
Maintaining the showroom/customer waiting areas.
Various ad-hoc duties.
The successful candidate will ideally: Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.

Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
