What's the job?
1. Providing analysis to support fair pricing and regulatory requirements.
2. Delivering robust business reporting and analysis to guide the Product team and Pricing & Performance Managers in making informed pricing recommendations.
3. Collaborating closely with product, commercial, and marketing teams to support pricing, sales, and marketing performance.
4. Work with Data, Market Intelligence and IT to continuously evolve Market Intelligence, keeping performance metrics relevant and identifying issues quickly.
5. Assisting the underwriters with rate reviews and performance
What are we looking for?
6. Insurance experience essential
7. Minimum 2 years' experience in an analytics or Business Intelligence role
8. Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, including proficiency with statistical and data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL
9. Knowledge and experience using Tableau and/or power BI.
10. Competent written English skills for report writing and production of technical documentation
11. Strong technical and analytical skills, experience in insurance pricing desired but not essential
12. CII/CIP qualification desirable
