We are growing our sales team and looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives who want to build pipeline, develop commercial skills, and play a key role in driving business growth.
The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging business owners, generating opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for our field sales team.
This is an office-based role suitable for candidates who are located within commuting distance of the office in Dublin. Requirements What You'll Do Identify and connect with SMEs through outbound calls Book qualified appointments for Area Sales Managers Build relationships with decision-makers Understand client challenges and present relevant solutions Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving and exceeding activity and sales targets High call volumes and strong conversion rates Positive contribution to team performance and culture About You Experience Previous B2 B sales or outbound calling experience preferred Track record of achieving targets is advantageous Skills & Attributes Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills Highly organised with good time management Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (Knowledge of payments or financial services is beneficial but not essential.
