Job Summary
At Acuity, we are building a modern AI‑powered Commerce Platform delivered through Agile teams operating within an Agile Release Train (ART) based on Essential SAFe principles. Our teams are made up of passionate, delivery‑focused engineers who take pride in building high‑quality, scalable systems and continuously raising the engineering bar.
The platform is built using cloud‑native technologies, with a strong emphasis on Python‑based services and agentic AI capabilities, enabling intelligent, autonomous, and data‑driven solutions at scale.

Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across teams and stakeholders
Participate in Program Increment planning, ART syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops to ensure alignment across teams
Proactively identify, visualise, and resolve cross‑team dependencies at ART level
Drive continuous improvement within the team, improving delivery flow, predictability, and quality. Define and track delivery metrics (flow, predictability, quality) through a data driven approach.
Ensure strong end‑to‑end delivery across the software lifecycle from ideation through to production delivery
Work closely with engineering teams to support DevOps practices, CI/CD, and high‑quality releases
Collaborate with shared services (DevOps, CloudOps, Architecture, Security) to support delivery at scale
Coach and support teams in Agile, Lean, and modern delivery practices, fostering a high‑performing team culture. Partner with Product Owner(s) and Engineering Technical Lead(s) while owning delivery flow.
Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and delivery health
