The role will cover a broad range of administrative and accounts-related tasks, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.Key Responsibilities:PayrollPreparing and issuing monthly account statementsManaging creditors and processing supplier invoicesReconciling haulage records and costsAssisting with general office administrationBank reconciliationUsing Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentationLiaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure clear communication and efficient workflowRequirements:Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an accounts roleProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong communication skills, both written and verbal with a positive attitudeHighly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approachSelf-starter with the ability to manage tasks independentlyNo formal degree required – on site training will be providedAdditional Information:This is an onsite role onlyYou will be joining a small, close-knit team in a pleasant working environment in a rural settingJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPay: €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
