As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting sales activities, coordinating key business processes, and ensuring the smooth delivery of client-focused services. This is a varied position offering exposure to business development, operations, client engagement, and project support.
Responsibilities:
Support the sales process by preparing proposals, pre-qualification questionnaires, and sales documentation.
Coordinate client communications, meetings, contract reviews, and business reporting activities.
Maintain business records, service documentation, maintenance schedules, and internal systems.
Prepare performance dashboards, KPIs, and monthly business review packs.
Liaise with operational teams, subcontractors, HR, and business development managers to support business growth.
About You:
2+ years' experience in a sales support, coordination or administration position.
Experience within facilities/property management, engineering, construction, or a related industry.
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Able to manage multiple priorities while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
