BIM Lead
We're looking for an experienced BIM Lead to join our client on their current growth with exciting Data Centre, Life Sciences, Aviation and other projects across the UK & Europe, this role is based in Dublin and supporting projects both locally and across the UK.
This role is paying between €55k to €65k annually. This is working a usual Monday to Friday routine (40 hours a week), plus additional benefits for a permanent employee (Pension, bonus, etc…)
You must be an individual who comes from a previous background on large projects, ideally within Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar with experience implementing BIM execution plans, BIM standards, BIM consistency & quality, coordinating all elements of the project & project deliverables, oversee M&E and associated services from subcontractors, progress reporting, updating meetings & more…
1. Must have previous BIM experience across large-scale construction projects
2. Must have full right to work in Ireland WITHOUT sponsorship
3. Ideally looking for someone with experience across Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation or similar as the client is a specialist in these industries.
4. Strong experience working with commercial, contracts & design teams
5. An outside of the box method of thinking to ensure projects are adhered to within timescales.
