Senior EHS Advisor | Limerick

Overview
The Senior EHS Advisor will oversee health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple construction sites, ensuring full compliance with legislation and company procedures. Working closely with site and project teams, this role promotes a strong safety culture, supports continuous improvement, and acts as a key liaison with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out site audits and inspections to ensure EHS compliance
* Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements
* Deliver toolbox talks and EHS training
* Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
* Ensure PPE, signage, and emergency procedures are in place
* Support site-specific Construction Health & Safety Plans
* Maintain HSE documentation and support ISO audits (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001)
* Support environmental initiatives (waste, pollution control, sustainability)
* Line manage Graduate EHS Advisors / Students
* Provide HammerTech training and support
* Attend senior management and client-facing meetings
Requirements
* Level 8 (or higher) qualification in Health & Safety or related discipline
* Previous EHS experience within construction
* Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple sites
