Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team at Centra Culcavy. As a key member of the store management team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Store Manager in achieving store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maximising sales and profitability
* Deputising for the Store Manager as needed and ensuring seamless store operations
* Championing a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Leading excellent customer service and social media initiatives
* Managing store teams, including roster writing, training, and development opportunities
* Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Experience in retail store operations, preferably in a leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Knowledge of retail operations systems and procedures
