The 4‑star Maritime Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
About the Role
Responsible for overseeing a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistency in food quality, preparation and presentation.
Assist in planning, preparation and delivery of high‑volume food service across multiple outlets.
Mentor, support and train junior kitchen staff.
Maintain standards in food hygiene and safety, ensuring HACCP and Health & Safety compliance.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high‑volume kitchen.
A passion for showcasing local West Cork produce and delivering exceptional food.
Strong understanding of modern food trends, kitchen operations and plating standards.
Team‑oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to take initiative, stay organised and remain calm under pressure.
