If you have:
Third Level Qualification in Information Technology/Computer Engineering or Relevant Experience
Networking skills, both Hardware and Software focused
Experience working in a similar IT support or field engineer role, ideally supporting EPOS systems
Proven experience using and supporting IT systems in a business environment
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
SQL experience (an advantage but not essential)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly to end users.
A full, clean driving licence
Your responsibilities will be:
Provide technical support for IT systems, both on-site and remotely
Install, configure, and maintain company IT infrastructure
Respond quickly and effectively to customer and user issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
Participate in system upgrades, conversions, and scheduled maintenance
Ensure systems operate reliably and in line with company standards
