Company Secretary Role
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing secretarial services to directors and shareholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in company secretarial work, particularly in the funds industry.
The successful applicant will be responsible for arranging and attending meetings, preparing minutes, resolutions, and associated documentation. They will also maintain and update statutory records and client databases, as well as make statutory filings and liaise with relevant parties.
In addition to these core responsibilities, the Company Secretary will assist with notarising and legalising documents, and utilise the CBI ONR system. This is an excellent chance to develop skills and knowledge in company law and secretarial practices.
