About the Role
We are currently seeking a temporary Administrative & Customer Support Assistant to join our team during a particularly busy period. The position focuses on providing customer and hotel support, gift card administration, and supporting the Marketing Manager with day‑to‑day operations and corporate sales activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer and hotel support for the Irelandhotels.com Go Anywhere Gift Card and member hotel listings.
* Assist with gift card administration.
* Support the Marketing Manager with day‑to‑day operations and corporate sales activity.
* Provide light remote support during the Christmas holiday period to assist with customer queries relating to the Go Anywhere Gift Card.
Working Conditions
Onsite at our Dublin office, with occasional remote duties during the holiday season.
