Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist
Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to deliver specialist nursing care in line with the five core concepts set out in the Framework for the Establishment of Clinical Nurse Specialist posts (4th edition), National Council for Nursing and Midwifery, 2008.
* This role has been developed to support a change towards specialist practice that meets service need and aligns with national policy as outlined in 'A Policy on the Development of Graduate to Advanced Nursing and Midwifery Practice' (DoH, 2019).
The successful candidate will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team providing patient-centered, quality care. The c CNS will provide professional nursing services meeting patient needs referred to urology assessment management.
