About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers on the banking hall floor.
* Greeting and engaging with customers – enquiring as to their needs
* Guiding customers to self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing them to senior staff if required
* Handling basic queries and complaints – directing them to senior staff as needed
