About the Role:
This role involves engaging with clients both in person and over the phone, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are key. You'll be helping clients with queries, processing policy changes, supporting renewals, and identifying additional insurance needs. You'll work closely with a team that's committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
* Advise and assist clients across a range of personal insurance products (motor, home, van, farm etc.)
* Manage policy updates and service requests in line with client needs.
* Support the renewal process and client retention efforts.
* Handle day-to-day admin and documentation relating to personal lines policies.
* Spot opportunities to offer clients other relevant insurance solutions.
* Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in personal insurance (motor or home insurance is essential).
* APA qualification (or working toward it, with full exam funding provided
* Strong customer service ethos and confident communication skills.
