Job Title: Labour Planning Specialist
Our client is seeking a skilled Labour Planner to play a key role in planning, scheduling, and monitoring labour resources for daily production tasks. This position works closely with Operations, HR, and Payroll to ensure production efficiency and smooth workforce coordination.
About the Role: As a Labour Planning Specialist, you will create and adjust weekly staff rotas using the in-house Time & Attendance system. You will also coordinate worker training with HR and address skill gaps, manage absence, sickness, and staffing requirements, liaise with third-party temporary staff suppliers, resolve labour shortages, and support supervisors as required. Additionally, you will prepare weekly payroll reports and daily KPI updates, maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, and provide administrative and data-entry support where needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need intermediate MS Excel skills, strong organisational ability, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, fluency in English (both written and spoken), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work any 5 days out of 7.
