This is a client-facing, revenue-focused role where you'll be responsible for deepening relationships, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across a portfolio of key accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations. Identify and convert opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and responsive service delivery. Monitor industry and client developments to proactively shape account strategies. Use CRM tools to track activity, manage pipelines, and maintain up-to-date client communication records. Regularly report on performance, KPIs, and forecasts to both internal leadership and clients. Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal departments. Work closely with senior leadership to align account plans with wider commercial strategy. Experience required: 5+ years of account management experience, preferably within healthcare or occupational health. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in large organisations. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Ability to travel to client locations as required.
