Regional Manager – Dublin & Wicklow
Responsible for leading and overseeing multiple branches to ensure excellent member service, compliance, and achievement of business goals. Supports branch Supervisors, drives performance, and fosters a culture of accountability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Branch Operations:Manage branch performance, ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
* Leadership:Guide Supervisors, identify training needs, and develop staff.
* Financial Control:Approve branch financial activities, monitor cash flow, and escalate issues.
* Member Service:Promote service excellence, handle escalated queries.
* Reporting:Prepare regional performance reports and lead regular meetings.
* HR Duties:Oversee onboarding, performance management, leave, and employee relations.
* General Duties:Maintain safety standards, manage facilities, attend meetings, and support new initiatives.
Requirements:
* QFA or APA in Lending (essential).
* 3–5 years' supervisory or financial services experience.
* HR experience desirable; training provided.
* Full clean driving licence
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
