Join a Global Commercial team as a Partnership Manager with our Pharmaceutical client based in Cork. Drive product lifecycle success while building strong customer and internal relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the commercial team (Business Development and Marketing) to fully understand your customer’s business and priorities to ensure we deliver the best service possible; and to establish and win new business opportunities.
* Ensure that all aspects of regulatory compliance (HSE & QA) meet customer requirements.
* Develop customer and product strategies and plans in collaboration with operations and the commercial team.
* Provide commercial direction to R&D and manufacturing teams for process development and manufacturing.
* Champions both the customer and business interests within the organisation.
* Prepares and delivers responses to customers and develops customer relationships.
* Support the sales elements of the S&OP process through the updating and presentation of sales forecasts.
Requirements:
* Capable of managing several complex projects/issues simultaneously. Detailed knowledge of SPSL skills, procedures, cost conventions and resource management issues, as well as technology transfer issues in the pharmaceutical/fine chemical industry.
* Good commercial judgement and customer awareness.
* Experience of working in and preferably leading multi-disciplined, results orientated teams. Must be able to motivate.
* Good interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate both internally and externally are essential.
