Our culture is collaborative, performance-driven, and forward-thinking.We are currently recruiting full-time Qualified Electricians with Industrial and/or Commercial experience to work on large-scale Data Centre projects in the Dublin area.This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on high-profile projects with a company that supports your development and future progression.Key Responsibilities to include:Carry out electrical installations within live and new-build data centre environmentsInstall, terminate, and test containment systems, LV power distribution, switchgear, panels, and associated infrastructureWork on critical systems including UPS, generators, PDUs, and structured cabling (where applicable)Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documentationEnsure all works are completed in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and data centre protocolsMaintain strict adherence to health, safety, and quality procedures in a mission-critical environmentCoordinate with supervisors, engineers, and multidisciplinary site teams to meet programme milestonesAssist with testing, commissioning, and handover activities as requiredIdentify, report, and help resolve technical or safety issues in real timeRequirements and Skills:Time-served electrician with a recognised electrical qualification (e.g. QQI Level 6 Trade Card or equivalent)Proven Industrial and/or Commercial electrical experience (data centre experience an advantage but not essential)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take a controlled, real-time approach to resolving issuesAbility to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a wider site teamGood understanding of construction documentation and electrical drawingsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work well under pressure and within strict time-driven project environmentsBenefits:Permanent Role, Access to EAP Program, Rates per SEO + Lodge, Cycle2Work Scheme, Paid Sick Leave & Pension.
