We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Digital Account Manager to join our busy Digital Marketing Department at our head office in Cork City.
The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for our client base across an array of industries, as well as managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
The ideal candidate should have an analytical and creative mind, with a passion for all elements of the marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for clients across various channels, primarily social media.
* Manage and grow relationships with key clients through regular communication and meetings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including public relations, web development, design, media buying etc., to ensure successful campaign execution.
* Monitor campaign performance, while also providing and implementing recommendations for optimal campaign performance.
* Assist with the development of proposals for new and existing clients.
* Stay on top of the latest digital trends to identify opportunities for our clients within these trends.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
* Experience with both paid and organic social media campaigns.
* Proficiency in not only paid social media platforms (including Tik Tok and META Business Suites), but also the full Google Suite, including paid search, paid display and Google Analytics 4 is essential.
* Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms, such as CapCut and Canva (or similar/better creative platforms), is highly desirable for this role.
* Attention to detail – highly organised and able to work comfortably across several projects simultaneously.
* Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong research skills.
* Team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Previous agency experience is also beneficial.
