The Role
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to solicitors in the Property team
* Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, including contracts, leases, and correspondence
* Handle dictation, diary management, and scheduling
* Manage case files, billing, and document organisation
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders professionally
* Assist with general office and team administration as required
The Person
* 3+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary within a property or real estate team
* Excellent typing, formatting, and document management skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Confident communicator, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professional and proactive approach, with strong client service skills
