Job Title: Behaviour Support Specialist
At our organisation, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behaviour Support Specialist to join our team in Region 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBPSPs) and Individual Educational Plans (IEPs) for children attending our services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing thorough behaviour assessments and developing PBPSPs using best practice.
* Direct teaching and implementation of PBSPS and IEPs.
* Reviewing and monitoring data to inform decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with children or adults with autism/learning differences, and hold a Board-Certified Behaviour Analysis credential or a Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

Requirements:
* Board-Certified Behaviour Analysis credential or Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis.
* Relevant experience working with children or adults with autism/learning differences.
